The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said more than 156 people were killed in the attacks, including 62 civilians.
The others were killed in suicide attacks in the provincial capital.
State media confirmed the attacks had killed and wounded people in Sweida city and villages to the north and east, but did not give a specific toll.
