Russia has called for a closed meeting of the UN Security Council on Libya to be held on Monday, the first opportunity for its members to talk about the controversial double agreement reached at the end of November between Tripoli and Ankara, according to diplomatic sources on Sunday.
Following the military agreement between Ankara and Tripoli, the Turkish parliament last week urgently approved a motion allowing Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to send military personnel to Libya.
